Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) of Mathematics to join our school. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for inspiring students in the study of mathematics. As a TGT Mathematics, you will be responsible for delivering well-structured lessons, assessing student performance, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:Lesson Planning & Delivery:
- Design and deliver engaging, well-structured mathematics lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Plan lessons that cater to the varied needs of students with different learning styles and abilities.
- Use effective teaching strategies and technology to enhance learning and student participation.
Classroom Management:
- Establish a positive, disciplined, and conducive learning environment.
- Implement effective classroom management techniques to maintain student attention and ensure academic progress.
- Promote active participation and encourage critical thinking and problem-solving.
Assessments & Evaluations:
- Create, administer, and evaluate periodic tests, assignments, and quizzes to track student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their work and academic performance.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment data.
Student Support & Guidance:
- Identify and support students who require additional help in understanding mathematical concepts.

Curriculum Development:- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the mathematics curriculum.
- Ensure the syllabus is covered promptly and that students are adequately prepared for exams.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align lessons, share resources, and exchange best practices.
- 6.Co-Curricular Activities:
- Actively participate in school events, workshops, and co-curricular activities to promote the subject.
- Organize and participate in mathematics-related competitions, clubs, and other events to enhance student engagement.
RequirementsWe are looking for a TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) in Mathematics is typically responsible for teaching Mathematics at the middle and secondary school levels (grades 6-10). This role involves providing students with a strong foundation in mathematical concepts, fostering critical thinking, and preparing them for academic assessments.
