As an Automation Testing Manager - Vice President in our global product team, you will leverage your 15+ years of experience in automation and manual testing to manage multiple products both locally and globally. You will utilize your knowledge of one or more automation tools and apply your understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies to effectively manage projects and stakeholders.


Job Responsibilities


  • Leverage 15+ years of experience in automation and manual testing.
  • Utilize knowledge of one or more automation tools.
  • Apply understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Manage projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills and decision-making ability.
  • Solve problems with strong analytical skills.
  • Multi-task and test different applications related to a release.
  • Lead people management with 8-10+ years of experience.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills


  • Guide testers on frameworks and standards; conduct code reviews.
  • Collaborate with tech and business teams for BDD.
  • Identify automation opportunities; manage stakeholders; perform feasibility studies; derive ROI.
  • Report on execution and estimation; apply Agile practices.
  • Utilize experience in Java, Selenium, BDD Cucumber, API testing, and databases.
  • Demonstrate BDD/TDD expertise.
  • Develop CI models; use tools like IntelliJ, Jenkins, Maven, and Git.
  • Understand REST and SOAP web services.
  • Work with databases such as Oracle, SQL, and Hexadata.
  • Develop Java automation frameworks; manage tests.
  • Leverage cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker.
