We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Project Manager


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement the overall testing and quality assurance strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA managers, test leads and testers across various locations, including onshore and offshore teams.
  • Forster a culture of qulity and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management, product managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to define quality standards, testing schedules and deliverables.
  • Lead the testing and quality for all the services within global liqudity.
  • ·Analyze current issues, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions.
  • Lead quality and test transformation, identify their business and technical issues related to "Quality and testing” and recommend solutions.
  • Adapt and implement agile ways of working, tooling and automation across all liqudity services. 
  • Establish target operating model (TOM), quality control framework, testing framework,  testing whitepaper and multi-year transformation roadmap for the organization.
  • Chairperson of quality governance panel, overseeing policies and procedures establishment  to ensure outcomes that meet global and local regulatory demand, and comply with industry and group standards.
  • Take charge of change management, quality engineering, test optimization, automation, associated process, tools, operating model and implementation strategy that will help the organization improve quality.
  • Ability in supporting automation across SDLC, with the ability to integrate of test data, environment and validation solutions, for internal build, vendor products, commercial and open source tools
  • Oversee the integration of test automation, continuous integration/continous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, and DevOps practices to optimize testing workflows. 
  • Develop a risk-based testing pattern to identify key migration risks, ensure data intergrity and accuracy during the data transfer between systems.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and data security requirements during the migration process, especially in industries with strict data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR).
  • Maintain audit trails and documentation for all testing activities, ensuring traceability of test results, decisions and data migration verification processes.
