Within the Corporate and Investment Banking Security Services Operations Group, Integrated Middle Office Solutions End to End Test Team is responsible for end to end test management, execution and release implementation of the Integrated Middle Office Solutions Program. The Projects is a part of long-term strategic change programs, regulatory, market specific or related to small changes/enhancements.


Within the CIB Security Services Operations Group, IMOS E2E Test Team is responsible for end to end test management, execution and release implementation of the IMOS Program. The Projects is  a part of long-term strategic change programs, regulatory, market specific or related to small changes/enhancements. 


As a Testing Manager - Vice President within the Corporate Investment Banking Security Services Operations Group, you will be a strategic thinker with a passion for promoting solutions in Manual Testing. You will play a crucial role in the IMOS testing team, participating in all phases of the project life cycle, with your primary responsibility being manual testing and involvement in business implementation throughout the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). This role offers the opportunity to work on a large-scale transformation program with exposure to multiple products and business lines.


Job responsibilities:


  • Define and plan testing scope of release. Review / Assess and own requirements traceability and prepare Test Matrix.
  • Define acceptance and exit criteria for testing and implementation phases. Lead/Manage Defect Management process.
  • Assess and highlight key blockers to plan, issues, risks, workarounds and plan mitigation throughout the phases of STLC - Software Testing Life Cycle.
  • Own / Co-own project plan, test plan, timeline charts – sprint by sprint, and progress and status reports.
  • Finalize impact assessment of change - upstream and downstream, regression impact and plan.
  • Work with stakeholders and define test strategy for large programs.
  • Own creation / review and execution of the end to end business implementation and test plan.
  • Conducts assessment of requirements for completeness, coverage, correctness and testability (back to front).
  • Conduct assessment of current business processes, events and flows. Own conducting lessons learned analysis and execution of action plan.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and partner with technology, product and operations.
  • Critical success factors, metrics, KRIs, KPIs, business case, benefits and ROI s – collation / preparation, consolidation, analysis, tracking and management.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills


  • User Acceptance Testing experience and/or Test management experience
  • Strong background in any or multiple business areas such as Securities trade  processing or Fixed Income operations or derivatives (Listed/OTC) and Middle Office (Matching/Confirmation & Settlements) experience would be of benefit but not essential. 
  • Project management and lifecycle experience. 
  • Clear, effective communication skills.
