Job Description

As a Testing Associate within our Cross Product Change Services (CPCS) team , you will be  responsible for accelerating and driving key programs across various lines of Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB). This group works as a change delivery Services organization with a group of business analysts, project managers, test analysts, process re-engineering analysts supporting change across global locations.


Job Responsibilities


  • Provide accurate testing estimates within daily scrum calls.
  • Document and execute test scenarios by identifying specific scenarios and writing test scripts using Business Driven Development, such as Gherkin.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Product, and Technology groups.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate and synergize testing processes for assigned projects and syndicate the information to other team members for validation prior to implementation.
  • Take responsibility for monitoring and reporting Testing defects and managing the re-testing process.
  • Deputize for the Test Manager as necessary in Project calls and communications with relevant colleagues.
  • Validate and present Test Results for internal Sign-off.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: 


  • Possess functional knowledge of Asset Servicing (e.g., BaNCS, TITAN, MCA, AIRS, CAPS, or ACU) and understand the E2E flow of all types of Corporate Actions.
  • Have experience working in CIB business function, Security Services, Global Markets, or Middle Office.
  • Must have 5+ years of experience 
  • Demonstrate relevant testing experience within the Financial Services industry, supporting multiple LOBs in a highly complex, pressurized, and high-volume environment.
  • Exhibit expertise in Agile project delivery methodology and the ability to learn and work with evolving methodologies.
  • Be experienced in functional testing processes to define requirements, document user stories, and test scripts through to test execution.
  • Utilize effective systemic data-driven reporting to support program reporting.
  • Possess advanced numeracy and Microsoft skills.
  • You must hold at least bachelor's degree or above 
  • Require testing experience and Agile methodology skills.
