Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with software development teams to understand product requirements and identify opportunities for test automation.
2. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks.
3. Participate in performance test requirements reviews for critical efforts
4.Create and execute performance test strategy and test plan, interfacing with all level of the application protocol stack
5. Set up the performance test process from scratch
6. Identify bottle necks, stress and load test and follow performance testing processes
7. Execute automated tests to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
8. Analyze test results and report defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
9. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process by identifying areas for optimization and automation.
11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in test automation and incorporate them into our testing processes.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2.Having total experience of 5+ years with Proven experience (3+ years) as an Automation Tester using tool UFT or similar role in software testing.
3. Should have at least 2+ years of experience in Performance Testing with excellent expertise in LoadRunner/Jmeter.
3. Proficiency in test automation tools such as UFT, Load Runner/Jmeter.
4. Strong programming skills in languages such as VB script, Java, Python, or C#.
5. Experience with test automation & Performance frameworks.
6. Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and practices.
7. Good to have experience in CICD , with Jenkins hands on experience.
8. Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum development environments.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
10. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
