Job Description
Software Requirements:
- In-depth understanding of various technologies and software systems
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure
- Knowledge of database management systems and data structures
Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Drive technology initiatives and ensure successful delivery of projects
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for adoption
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps and ensure alignment with overall business strategy
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development
- Strong technical expertise in multiple areas of software development and technology
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and infrastructure
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and project management tools
Day-to-Day Activities:
