Summary: The Test Center Administrator/Invigilator is responsible for administrating all aspects of the testing operations in assigned test center of Pearson Professional Centers by providing high quality on-site service in accordance with strict operational policies and procedures of the examination processes. This role is a 6-month contract position (Part Time) and requires on-site presence in the office; remote work or work-from-home options are not available.Key Roles & Responsibility:  Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment  Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process Proctor / invigilate candidates while testing Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming the floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination  Schedule RequirementsRequired Knowledge & Experience: Education and Experience: 6 months customer service experience required Exposure in a testing environment strongly preferred Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows applications required SkillsKey Requirement:  Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork This role spans 6 months with flexibility to accommodate shifts any day of the week: Monday through Sunday, between the hours of 7:00 am and 11:00 pm.  Candidate must be open to flexible scheduling.  This is strictly a part-time position and will remain as such, 20:00 hours per week, with an expectation to work more hours if needed Should be comfortable to work in a quiet testing environment. Pay: You will be paid INR 250 per hour + INR 200 daily allowance.
