What you'll do:
This opening is with the SAP Product Engineering Enterprise Adoption Cross Unit Quality Services Accessibility service team, that focuses on enabling the SAP development teams to deliver accessible solutions, by providing centralised accessibility testing and automation services. We are looking for a self-motivated results-driven automation expert who can implement and support the integration of test automation tools with the CI / CD development frameworks for SAP CLOUD development teams.
Key responsibilities include:
a. Drive the topic of automation tool integration with the SAP CLOUD development CI / CD pipelines
b. Develop, test and debug test code fixes in Java / JavaScript and other languages
c. Work on Proof of concepts to implement automated accessibility testing on several new test automation frameworks
d. Collaborate with different SAP development teams across the Board areas to understand their accessibility test automation needs and support them with the automation implementation
What you'll bring:
Key skills required include:
3+ years of hands-on experience with most commonly used automation tools such as Selenium/Cucumber, Karma / Jasmine, Webdriver.io, Cypress, Appium, Playwright, Jest, Junit etc.
Experience with GitHub, automation servers (e.g. Jenkins) and any of the development technologies including HTML, Javascript, TypeScript, Java / Node.JS, C#, Python is required
Experience with working in a Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD) environment is preferred
Experience with Build tools such as NPM, Maven, MTA, Gradle is a plus
Experience with working in a global setup

The Accessibility test service team is part of the Cross Unit Quality Services unit in the Quality, Security and Production (QSP) organisation in the SAP Product Engineering Board area.
Accessibility test service contributes to ensuring that digital products and services are inclusive and accessible to all individuals. We provide accessibility testing and accessibility tests automation services for all the solutions in the SAP portfolio. Major focus is to get transparency on the accessibility compliance of the SAP products & automate accessibility testing. We are a close knit team helping and supporting each other.
