BackgroundLSEG have embarked on a Finance Transformation programme, to deliver our Finance Vision and transform the way we work to create value and deliver sustainable growth for the business. The Programme is driving efficiencies and maximising benefits for LSEG by moving to a single cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning and Performance Management (Oracle Fusion/EPM/EDM/OICS).Role ProfileWe are looking for Oracle Cloud Fusion Test Automation Developer to join our Finance IT Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing OCI EDMCS/EPM Environments, including the setup, configuration, and management of OCI resources, as well as coordinating OCI support. The candidate must have full understanding the end-to-end configuration, technical dependencies, and overall behavioral characteristics of large-scale implementation of Cloud EDMCS/EPM Development and OCS/OICS Console management.As an Oracle Cloud Fusion Test Automation Developer, will be responsible for:Automating the Test cases of Oracle Cloud Fusion Application for R2R, P2P, O2C and Oracle RMB, EDMCS and EPM. Developing and managing the test cases.Responsibility includes development and implementation of critical test cases with focus on security, resiliency, scale, and performance.Partner with development teams and work towards addressing and fixing production issues on cloud, defining and implementing product enhancements.Collaborate with various cloud operations teams to understand the production issues and work towards to create a reproducible test case in the lab environment to present to the development team.Knowledge/SkillsOverall 7+ years of QA experience and minimum 3+ years of test automation experienceExperience in Automating test cases for Oracle Cloud Fusion, EDMCS, EPM.Experienced in writing QA automation tests using frameworks like TOSCA and Selenium.Deep knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases and debuggingExperience with Git.Extensive Development management experience on SaaS products leading global engineering teams in UK, US, India, and other Asian & European countries.Experience and Skill of leading virtual teams, partner across organizational boundaries and influence development direction and Ability to motivate, grow and guide developers.Work independently and solve problems and are willing to do what it takes to get things done.Effective interpersonal skills (written and spoken) and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced Agile development and rapid deployment in the Student Cloud/SaaS environmentOtherLSEG champions a culture committed to the growth of individuals through continuous learning, mentoring and career growth opportunities.LSEG nurtures a culture of inclusion for all employees that respects their individual strengths, views, and experiences.
