Job Requisition ID #24WD84559Position OverviewThe Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business growth from both existing and new customers within a defined sales territory. This role involves managing a sales pipeline, following up on qualified leads generated by Demand Generation and the organization, and conducting outbound lead generation from targeted prospect and customer lists.You will engage in cold calling and prospecting to achieve sales targets while gaining experience interacting with clients across multiple industries and levels. In this role, you will develop and qualify opportunities within the assigned territory, working closely with field-based Partner Managers, License Compliance teams, and channel partners.ResponsibilitiesReport to the Territory Sales Hub Manager and prioritize high-opportunity target accounts within a defined territoryEvaluate customer profiles, create value messaging, and define steps to accomplish account plansGenerate and close new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline within the assigned sales territoryIdentify decision-makers and influencers, understanding their needs, timelines, and budgetsEnsure customers' needs are addressed by articulating how Autodesk solutions can accelerate their businessUtilize telephone, email, and web-based communication as primary tools to connect with customersCollaborate with field-based Territory Sales ExecutivesLeverage relationships with channel partners to enhance overall territory performance and exceed customer expectationsBuild appropriate teams for each opportunity, coordinating Autodesk personnel, including presales, consultants, and services, to deliver value to clientsProvide accurate billing forecasts and updates to the sales managerExceed monthly sales targets, quotas, and KPIsAct as a trusted advisor to customers and identify win-win scenariosHelp customers and Autodesk develop success reference storiesMinimum Qualifications8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, including selling complex technology solutions in inside or field sales rolesProven ability to manage challenging situations while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitudeStrong team orientation and database management skillsExperience engaging executive-level stakeholders to influence strategic outcomesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cyclesCommitment to continuous improvement of sales skills through on-the-job coaching, self-learning, and Autodesk's sales career progression frameworkTrack record of exceeding sales targets, quotas, and KPIsProficiency in English (written and verbal)Based in Ahmedabad, with the ability to work in a hybrid environmentLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
