We are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager – Clinical Flow Cytometry who will be responsible for handling Clinical Sales responsibilities of East region. The incumbent shall be responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

In this role, you will be responsible for:


  • Reporting to Business Manager – Clinical Flow Cytometry
  • Sales and Business Development: Actively promoting and selling clinical flow cytometry products and services to hospitals, diagnostic labs, research institutions, and other potential customers in the assigned territory as per Market requirement.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, opinion leaders, and key stakeholders in the field of clinical flow cytometry. Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer queries and concerns.
  • Product Demonstrations and Training: Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to showcase the features, benefits, and applications of clinical flow cytometry instruments and reagents. Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and market trends in the assigned territory. Generating accurate sales forecasts and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Learning: Staying updated with the latest advancements and developments in the field of clinical flow cytometry. Attending conferences, workshops, and training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

The required qualifications for the job include:


  • MSc/B Tech / MTech/ in Biological Sciences /Biotechnology
  • 2-5 Years years work experience in sales at Clinical & Life sciences vendor companies
  • Experience in Clinical Sales of equipment and consumables, particularly Flow Cytometer
  • Key Account Identification/New lead generation & Customer Presentations , tender handling
  • Competitive Market analysis & preparation of competitive documents
