Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Interaction: Call potential customers to discuss available loan products (personal, home, auto, business loans, etc.).
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
  • Loan Product Explanation: Explain loan details such as interest rates, repayment terms, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
  • Loan Application Support: Guide clients through the loan application process, providing them with necessary instructions and ensuring timely submission of required documents.
  • Data Management: Update customer records and loan application statuses in the CRM system.
  • Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls with potential customers to check their loan application status, resolve any issues, and encourage them to complete the process.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer queries or concerns regarding loan products, terms, or application issues.
  • Meet Targets: Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and loan applications processed.
