We are looking for a Telecom Interface Manager – Metro (On-Site) meeting the need for smart-mobility solutions.

Your new role – challenging and future oriented
·Coordinate site activities and works with various contractors for civil requirements related to Telecom packages, including:
·Obtaining and cross-verifying drawings with general consultants/end customers
·Finalizing combined service drawings (CSD)
·Providing timely inputs to project managers and design engineers
·Coordinating with tower suppliers and civil contractors
·Participate in regular interface meetings at the site
·Assess and interpret site drawings accurately
·Adhere to align with, and validate all interface requirements as per the contract
·Possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
·Identify potential interface risks and report them to the appropriate stakeholders.
·Support updates to the Interface Management Plan and related procedures, ensuring their application within Telecom Systems
·Monitor all interface management processes and ensure activities progress according to the plan
·Define and manage civil interfaces between subsystems within the Siemens contract or with partners, subcontractors, and third-parties
·Produce and/or update Interface Control Documents (ICD) in coordination with civil contractors, E&M contractors, or any other third parties, ensuring agreement and sign-off
·Ensure the completeness and accuracy of ICDs and interface specifications (IS), including drawings issued by all parties
·Review inputs provided by interface partners and third parties
·Ensure timely delivery of required inputs as per the schedule
·Coordinate system ICD and collaborate with other contractors.
·You have diploma/bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in relevant field e.g. civil/mechanical/electrical/electronics and communications with relevant experience in metro and railways specific projects

·You carry 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in various technologies being used in Metro/Rail Telecommunication Systems
·You have experience in reading and understanding technical requirements and civil drawings
·Effective communication across the cross functional department.
·Interest in generation of interface drawings, design and interface control document, including power supply.
·You thrive in a multi-cultural environment, and you are familiar with working in large matrix organization
·Willing to work as team member in international projects.
