Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Kerala

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 (Base Salary) + Incentives and Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products or services.
  • Handle inbound calls to resolve inquiries and provide information about the company's offerings.
  • Identify sales opportunities and follow up with leads to convert them into customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales and performance targets through effective communication and persuasion.
  • Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Build rapport with customers to ensure long-term relationships and repeat business
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on progress, challenges, and achievements.
  • Update and maintain databases with customer and prospect information.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or redirect them to the relevant department when necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in any discipline is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role (1 to 3 years).
Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
