Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Kerala
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 (Base Salary) + Incentives and Bonus
Main Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound calls to resolve inquiries and provide information about the company's offerings.
- Identify sales opportunities and follow up with leads to convert them into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and performance targets through effective communication and persuasion.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and feedback.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure long-term relationships and repeat business
- Provide regular updates to the management team on progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Update and maintain databases with customer and prospect information.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or redirect them to the relevant department when necessary.
Essential Qualifications:- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in any discipline is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role (1 to 3 years).
Skills Required:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
