Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to handle student inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain professional communication with politeness and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential students and provide information on courses and programs.
- Follow up on leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone while interacting with students and parents.
- Address queries, provide solutions, and guide students through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and counseling teams to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Stay updated on course details, admission procedures, and promotional offers.
Requirements:- Strong verbal and written communication skills in [mention required languages].
