As a Technology Support III at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate Technology Team, you will serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You will be responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives. Your role will be technology-centric, requiring cloud skills and knowledge on services specifically AWS & Python. You will be the first point of contact to respond to inquiries or issues regarding AWS & Databricks, promoting enhancements towards automations in the AWS environment, and focusing on continuous service improvement. You will also manage stakeholder communication during technology incidents, document the support process and FAQs, and work with the team to mitigate any knowledge gaps. This role involves a high degree of interaction with SRE Technology teams and building close relationships with other teams within technology & business user community.
