Role Description
Technology/Service is responsible for delivering the business vision and strategy, at a global level, focusing on achieving consistent operational excellence and client/user satisfaction through industrialization, price/value optionality and leveraging increased automation and the use of technology. Work includes:

• Creating a digital vision and strategy for the bank, and ensuring its integration with the organization's overall strategic plans
• Identifying opportunities for differentiating the bank's digital portfolio including capabilities and solutions
• Acting as a change agent in leading the organizational changes that are required to create and maintain the necessary digital portfolio.
• Applying extensive knowledge and understanding of the evolving digital market, acts as a thought leader on emerging digital trends related to technology and business

Your Key Responsibilities:

The candidate is expected to;

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Business Objects & Tableau.
• Patch / fix installation / Upgrade for SAP Business Objects & Tableau.
• BO and Content Migration, user authentication, and security management.
• Disaster Recovery plaining and implementation for BO & Tableau Platform.
• Incident request and change management support.
• Identify and implement potential automation.

Your Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in SAP Business Objects & Tableau
• Proficiency in Windows, Unix OS and scripting
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug SAP BO administration issues.
• Experience in providing architectural solutions for BO platform
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug SAP BO administration issues.
• Experience with other BI tools like Looker is plus.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance requirement.
• Excellent troubleshooting and Problem-solving skills.

Key Skills:

• Tableau
• Business Objects
• Scripting

Advantageous:

• Having prior experience in Banking/Finance domain
• Having worked on hybrid cloud solutions preferably using GCP
• Having worked on product development
