What you will do
As the Technology Manager for Physical Security Systems, you will lead and mentor the team responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge security solutions, ensuring they meet industry standards and client requirements. You will serve as a subject matter expert in physical security technologies, keeping abreast of emerging trends, regulatory changes, and best practices. Your role will include acting as the primary technical liaison for clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing expert guidance to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will develop customized security solutions that align with client needs and organizational goals. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards. Additionally, you will implement training programs to enhance team members' technical knowledge and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. By establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), you will assess team effectiveness and project success, providing regular updates to senior management on performance and strategic initiatives.

Team Leadership:

Client Engagement & Support:
Acting as the primary technical liaison for clients, you will address inquiries and provide expert advice to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to develop customized security solutions that meet specific client needs and drive business growth.
Project Oversight:
You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. This includes reviewing and approving project documentation, such as technical specifications and proposals, to ensure they accurately reflect client requirements and industry best practices.
Training & Development:
In your role, you will design and implement training programs to enhance team members' technical knowledge in physical security systems, fostering continuous improvement and a culture of excellence. You will encourage professional development and ongoing education within the team.
Performance Monitoring:
You will establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team effectiveness, project success, and customer satisfaction. Regular updates and insights on team performance and strategic initiatives will be provided to senior management.
Collaboration & Partnerships:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners, vendors, and stakeholders will be essential to enhance the company's capabilities and market position. You will also participate in industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to promote the company's expertise and stay informed about market developments.
