Project Role Description : Function as primary contact for technology work at each account. Integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client. Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account.

Summary: As a Technology Account Lead, you will function as the primary contact for technology work at each account. Your typical day will involve integrating technology contracts and engagements at the client, leveraging all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account. You will create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their technology needs and requirements. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for technology-related matters. - Identify opportunities for technology up-sell and cross-sell within the account. - Create and execute the technology account plan, ensuring alignment with the overall account strategy. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Delivery. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management. - Strong understanding of technology solutions and services. - Ability to analyze complex technology requirements and provide innovative solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. - Proven track record of successfully managing technology projects and delivering results. - Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in technology. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology initiatives. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Service Delivery. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
