Techno Functional Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in an architectural role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing architecture for large-scale web/mobile platforms, particularly those supporting microservices-based applications. Strong knowledge of API management, cloud implementations, and Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) is essential for this position.

Overall Responsibilities

• Architecture Development: Design and develop the architecture for large-scale web/mobile platforms that support microservices-based applications.
• API Management: Deep knowledge of API management and the ability to design scalable, high-performance web APIs to meet business needs.
• Cloud Implementation: Oversee cloud implementation strategies and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Framework Design: Develop and implement the overall architecture and framework for corporate banking channels, ensuring alignment with industry standards and user experience principles.
• User Experience Principles: Select and apply user experience principles and techniques to enhance the usability of applications.
• Application Security: Ensure compliance with application security standards and design principles throughout the architectural process.
• Workshops and Presentations: Conduct architecture workshops and present UX architecture to senior management, showcasing the alignment with business objectives.
• Peer Reviews: Perform peer reviews, audits, and compliance checks on design standards and architecture due diligence as required.
• BFSI Channel Transformation: Participate in at least one channel transformation project in the BFSI sector, preferably in corporate banking.

Qualifications

• Experience:

  
  
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant fields, with at least 3 years as an architect.
  • Extensive experience with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) implementation.

• Technical Skills:

  
  
  • Strong expertise in cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
  • Detailed understanding of application security standards and application design principles.
  • Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) and re-engineering.

• Domain Knowledge:

  
  
  • Proven experience in the banking sector, particularly in corporate banking channels.
  • Industry knowledge of user experience (UX) trends and technologies.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex architectural challenges.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Strong team player who can work under pressure and is willing to go the extra mile to meet project timelines and goals.
• Attention to Detail: Well organized with a keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outputs.
