o Set up of CNC machines
o Should be experienced on Heidenheim controller
o Should be able to do 2D programming on the machine and execute the same
o Simply modification of CNC programs
o Monitoring of the cutting tools
o Correction of tool and datum offset data's
o Acknowledgement of production optimization to the CAM department/team leader
o Maintenance of the CNC machine. Quality checks – self, on the machine
o Knowledge on 5 axis machines, an added advantage
o Diploma in Tool & Dye making – 4 years
o Graduation of an technical metal education
o Minimum 3 years practical experience in milling and lathe machines
o Basic knowledge to program CNC milling machines
o Basic knowledge MS Office ( Word , Excel, Power point…)
