About the location:
In the heart of Worli - the business hub of India’s largest city and close to the entertainment and commercial district of Lower Parel, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai is a chic urban oasis with an intimate, boutique atmosphere. Role and Responsibilities:
- Handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs.
- Handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, plumbing fittings, guest room equipment’s, kitchen equipment’s, breakers, chillers and associated equipment throughout the entire building.
- Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Employee Handbook.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner.
- Follow PRP schedule for guest rooms maintenance.
- Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, natural clematis etc.
- Clean all stations in Engineering, grease traps, plumbing blockages and maintain an organized department and hotel.
- Support the installation or relocation of any additional equipment or existing equipment as and when necessary.
- Assist with energy conservation programs in the hotel.
Assist in the installation of electrical and mechanical systems for renovations, outlet additions and associated equipment and electrical set ups for exhibits including maintenance of those set-ups.
