We are looking for Technical Writer
You’ll make a difference by:
·Owns end to end topics for a project and demonstrates accountability.
·Drive single/multiple project with complete ownership.
·Leverage domain knowhow and demonstrate advance level of proficiency in documenting new and existing content in accordance with deadlines, quality standards, and budget.
·Responsible for authoring tasks, creation and integration of printed or electronic end user documentation, creating videos.
·Write, edit, and maintain API documentation, including reference guides, tutorials, and user manuals.
·Working knowledge of any Content Management System which is based on single sourcing concept
·Planning and tracking status of project requirements, adhering to standard processes and ensuring on-time delivery of deliverables
·Understanding needs of the domain, end customers, and orienting operations towards meeting these needs
·Driving collaboration with stakeholders across all locations, conducting meetings, reporting status, ensuring partner satisfaction, and enabling best practice sharing
·Standardize content across platforms, media, and write supporting documents for products.
You’ll win us over by:
·Looking for an experienced API Writer with 4-7 years of technical writing expertise to join our team. In this role, you will create and maintain clear, comprehensive, and user-friendly API documentation for RESTful, GraphQL, and other web services.
·Work closely with engineering, product, and QA teams to ensure our API documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and helps developers integrate effectively with our platform.
·The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of web technologies, excellent communication skills, and experience with tools like Swagger, Postman, and Git.
·A passion for translating complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content is essential.
·Strong understanding of APIs, technical writing experience, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation for developers and end-users.
