This role requires a passion for teaching, strong presentation skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners of varying experience levels.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver technical training programs, workshops, and hands-on labs.
- Design instructional materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
- Assess learners’ progress through quizzes, tests, and practical assignments.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies to ensure training content remains relevant.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop customized programs.
- Provide post-training support and mentorship to learners.
- Manage and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools.
