Be the point of contact within the IT team for the Mumbai office and ensure a high level of service to all of our wider team members.
Be the primary point of contact for IT-related issues and ensure they are dealt with in a timely fashion, Ensuring the team adheres to the wider business service level agreements.
Manage changes to our Microsoft 356 environment and escalate internally or with 3rd parties as required.
Work with the senior IT team on strategic and operational projects.
Provide proactive maintenance of our on-premise equipment, including but not limited to Networking, audio-visual, building security and unified communications.
