Formal authorities
- Analyse and resolve vessels PMS requests and reported incidents.
- Monitoring PMS system overdue Jobs and running hour updates regularly and take corrective action.
- Auditing of PMS data to ensure that data
- Assisting PMS technical database preparation tasks.
Main responsibilities
- Perform Service desk duties, 1st Line Support, Incident handling.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to ensure quality work on service requests.
- Regular auditing of PMS data and take corrective actions when required.
- Perform technical assistance and support for reported incidents related to Planned maintenance system (PMS).
- Involves in PMS database building project to handle Manual Analysis, Quality control of data
- Maintain Global and Vessel Specific Job Repository
