The Experience

In today’s multifaceted technology environment, it's an exciting time to belong to the information technology team at Colgate. Our highly technical and innovative team is designated to drive growth for Colgate Palmolive in a landscape that is constantly changing.

What role will you play as a member of the Colgate’s team ?

The candidate is responsible for business facing support & development for various applications in the Governance area. The role requires the person to act as a guide for the global business processes within the function,  own the execution of different projects activities and ensure the smooth execution of critical business processes.

The person will be required to collaborate with business teams / technical teams and IT counterparts for daily support incidents and project activities in different business areas across all geographies.

Ability to understand the requirements related to business problems and transform that into a solution design.

Who are you…

As a Technical Architect -

• Deliver day to day application support including response to emergencies (24x7)
• Run & perform the design, configuration & testing GRC  & other applications for projects, upgrades, implementations and roll outs
• Define policies, procedures, strategy for IT process to be aligned with SOX 
• Run IT audits (internal/external), Coordinate with audit teams
• Evaluation of controls to test its efficiency and improvise
• Assist IT team with resolution of observations raised during internal or external audit.
• Custodian of IT process governance frameworks.
• Communicate IT SOX testing requirements, control gaps, and control deficiencies.
• Provide mentorship and training to various application teams regarding IT governance.
• Ensure that policies and procedures are in compliance with corporate policies

You are a collaborator -

Build and develop positive relationships with GIT peers, business partners, customers and external resources

Coordinate / support / lead projects and design frameworks

You are an innovator -

Identify and assess new technologies in Test, process Automation, machine learning and concepts that can contribute to the business

What you’ll need…(Required)

• Bachelors in Engineering or similar
• 3+ years of overall experience in SAP GRC and  Exposure to Internal / External Audits
• Experience in the design and development of SAP GRC AC policies, strategy and experience with SOX processes
• Good understanding on concepts of Segregation of Duties SoD
• Experience partnering with the IT leadership teams
• Ability to drive Automations and realize greater effort savings
• Flexible to work on new and multiple applications
• Demonstrable ability to collaborate and connect with business and IT partners
• Ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and business needs into technical specifications
• Investigating and detailing better practices/alternative solutions 

What you’ll need…(Preferred)

• Understanding of SOX 
• Knowledge of SAP modules 
• Knowledge of cloud security and governance, having understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies and associated risks would be beneficial.
• Knowledge about new technologies and Industry best practices
