About your team
Process Simplification and Optimisation (PSO) works as a global team supporting our clients from a distance, most of our colleagues do not have visibility of the end to end process which can lead to poor client experience. The PSO team helps our colleagues understand the end to end process, review it, find out the parts that are redundant from our client’s perspective, simplify them and help in maximising the output.
About your role
A Sharepoint lead developer role is required to work alongside an existing development team in India who manage the various sharepoint related solutions for managing content and documents. This is a high growth area within Fidelity and a number of new services and technologies will be introduced in the coming year with the more and more cloud offerings opening up.
