Job Requisition ID #24WD84599Position OverviewAs a Technical Solutions Executive (TSE), you will play a crucial role in the success of the Autodesk Construction Cloud portfolio. Reporting to the Technical Sales Manager, you will collaborate with the Account teams to help users achieve their goals through the use of Autodesk technology. Leveraging your industry experience, you will identify and uncover customer needs, develop strategies, demonstrate value, and ultimately deliver outcomes for customersResponsibilitiesOutcome and Solution-Based Approach:Take a customer-centric approach by conducting deep technical discovery in collaboration with other team members to uncover user goalsUse your experience, technical knowledge, and creativity to craft solutions that enable end-users to achieve their objectivesTechnical Closure:Align with key customer team members to secure technical closure of proposed solutions within Autodesk Construction CloudManage technical evaluations, define solution architecture, facilitate product demonstrations, and engage with third partiesConsult with ACS sales on technical validation and assess the feasibility, correctness, and completeness of proposed solutionsApply best practices to solve business challenges, maximize customer satisfaction, and increase product revenueDocument quantifiable pain points, technical decision criteria, and evaluation metrics using Salesforce and collaborative toolsCustomer Relationship Management:Develop in-depth knowledge of customers' business processes, workflows, and technical requirements to build trusted advisor relationshipsEnsure efficient handoffs between the pre-sales team and post-sales adoption and deployment teamsShare Autodesk Construction Cloud internal product roadmaps with customers and communicate customer feedback to the ACS product teamCollaboration:Build trusted relationships with the ACS sales team and adjacent teams, such as Autodesk Worldwide Field Operations (WWS)Work with various business resources (e.g., sales management, deployment, adoption, business development, global technical sales, and marketing)Collaborate with ACS product centers of excellence, Customer Success programs (e.g., Voice of the Customer), and deployment teams to implement proposed solutionsCoordinate with ACS marketing for product launches, webinars, and go-to-market messaging strategyLeadership:Share best practices, competitive insights, innovations, and expertise within the sales organization, product divisions, and technical solutions teams locally and globallyParticipate in strategic speaking engagements at trade shows, conferences, or internal Autodesk events, collaborating with ACS marketing teamsProvide technical product and integration expertise and share knowledge across the organizationMinimum Qualifications3-5+ years of experience in the AEC industryExperience with SaaS technology or construction project planning/deliveryA technology subject matter expert who can easily distill complex workflows and solutions for multiple AEC audiences#LI-SV2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
