Purpose
Primary function of the Sales coordinator role is to be a support function to the Technical Solution Leads.
Functions
ESSENTIAL
·Bids & Proposals activities for OPG (Offshore Projects Group)
·Write and review tenders, specifications, and standards.
·Establish Cost, Time& Resource (CTR) documents and give input to cost estimates and job profit.
·Follow up bids with clients after submissions.
·Assist with developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
·Assist in the pre-proposal clarification process, ensuring that customer specifications and other documents are well understood. Review basic contractual documents together with the Commercial team.
·Interface with Technical Solution Leads, Commercial team and project managers.
·Record and report meetings and opportunities into Oceaneering's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
·Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Regional Variance Required)
REQUIRED
§Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related area required.
DESIRED
·Three to five (3-5) years of related experience within engineering and manufacturing
·Experience with Xait porter, Smartsheet, CRM, Excel, PDM, People soft.
·Proficient in MS Office
