- Partner Orientation trainings for Product and Technical Certification trainings
- Pre-Sales to Review of Technical requirements & Assist Preparation of Technical offers with design optimization
- Commissioning support to partners
- Installation support and troubleshooting for partner support
- Product Queries/ Design Support (Online /Offline)/Technical Queries/ RMA (warranty) & Service Request
- Knowledge sharing sessions for with sales teams and partners to develop technical competency.
- Technical Advisory, Competition benchmarking, industry best practices to be updated and made periodically for sales support
Education: B.Tech
Experience : Graduate Engineering Trainee, Freshers
