As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient workflow and project management systems across various teams within our organization. Your role will ensure that teams are synchronized regarding project milestones and that information flows seamlessly from the teams to higher-level management, utilizing modern software tools such as Notion, Jira, etc.

- Built complex workflows for multi-functional teams focused on efficiency and collaboration
- Successfully integrated multiple process flows in Hardware and cross-domain product development.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement workflows and systems to manage tasks and projects across multiple teams.
- Utilize modern software tools(e.g., Notion, Jira) to build and manage these systems.
- Do process audits and ensure that workflow is efficient and scale as the teams grow.
- Implement automation features to streamline the flow of information from teams to higher-level managers.
- Work closely with team leads and higher-level management to understand their needs and ensure the systems meet organizational goals.
- Provide training and support to team members on using new systems and tools.
Required Qualifications:- Prior experience in workflow management, project coordination, or systems integration
- Proficiency in using software tools such as Notion, Jira, and other project management software.
