You will be responsible for R&D will design and collaborate on a roadmap of Product Life-Cycle Management (PLM) and CAD solutions to accelerate product delivery for R&D globally. What will you be doing?


  • Own and drive plans for PLM-related projects (releases and/or rollouts), including requirements capturing, coordinating meetings and workshops, performing fit/gap analysis, conducting sprint reviews, coordinating training, and securing approvals to implement Windchill within a hybrid on-premise and cloud architecture.
  • Ensure Windchill support teams meet SLAs, with high-priority ticket items supervised and addressed within the SLA.
  • Focus on continuous improvement, staying updated with industry trends, and proactively advising the business on new capabilities to support company growth and strategy.
  • Update documentation and practices, constantly seeking new ways to ‘Shift Left’ R&D IT support to enable successful lower-cost models globally.
  • Roadmap Development: Serve as single point of contact to formulate a PLM roadmap aligned with organizational objectives. Convert the roadmap into manageable project plans, track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report on both technical and financial health.
  • Platform Support: Supervise the Windchill sustainment organization, ensuring internal, external teams address support tickets promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work extensively with internal IT teams, Business Owners across franchises, Service Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and the Delivery team to ensure cohesive and effective implementation.

What will you need to be successful?


  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology / Computer Science/ Computer Engineering.
  • Licenses/Certifications: SAFe, Agile CSM (desired).
  • Experience: Minimum 10+years of Experience in R&D/PLM workspace.
  • Experience with cloud-based methodologies and toolsets.
  • Proficiency in AGILE project methodology and practice.
  • Superb communication, collaboration, and relationship building and collaborator engagement skills.
