Then the Alexa Enterprise team is where you want to be. We are looking for a program manager to drive key business goals and programs for improving 3P Enterprise experiences on Alexa.
Key job responsibilities
As the Technical Program Manager, Partner Support & Services, Alexa Enterprise, you will drive key business collaborations critical to improving the customer experience of 3P integrations with Amazon Devices.
• Partner with Senior Leaderss within Amazon Devices to identify opportunities to delight 3P partners with world class enterprise solutions.
• Develop strategical partnerships that enables businesses in Amazon Devices scale faster, save costs, and improve efficiency.
• Work with stakeholder teams – customer experience, platforms, tech, products, marketing, business development, solution architects – to delight enterprises during their product integration journey and raise the quality bar of integrations with Amazon Devices.
• Partner with engineering teams to build technical solutions, as well as systems and tools to improve certification, publishing and monitoring experiences for a host of 3P integrations, like Alexa skills and devices.
• Establish mechanisms and processes that drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency for existing collaborations for Partner Support & Services.
A day in the life
As the Technical Program Manager for Partner Support & Services, Alexa Enterprise, you will develop collaborations with Lines of Businesses within Amazon Devices. These partnerships will enable businesses drive impact at scale, and deliver delightful partner experience. You will implement solutions for businesses across the spectrum of primitives that Partner Support & Services offer, and drive cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery. Above all, you will build the brand of Partner Support & Services with businesses in Amazon Devices.

- 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 2+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 2+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
