Job description
As a Technical Program Management, you’ll work closely with various stakeholders and teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects aligning with business goals. You will be responsible for the technical portfolio, creating roadmaps, defining milestones, and ensuring the scalability, security, and reliability of products and platforms. You will also present to executives, hold engineering teams accountable, and help establish TPM practices within the organization. Responsibilities: • Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects • Strong technical background, ideal experience with building scalable, cloud-native software solutions. • Demonstrated experience with organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering technical programs using agile methodology practices. • Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams and mitigating risk. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including project managers, product managers, software development managers and senior leadership teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proven ability to influence without authority. • Proficiency in simplifying complex technical concepts for decision-making • Focus on execution, accountability, and delivering results • Ability to collaborate across different functions and organizations • Emotional intelligence and empathy for teams and partners • Experience with application development and cloud technologies • Proficient in managing program communications with stakeholders at all levels • Ability to facilitate collaboration and decision-making across teams to deliver customer value
