Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:


Unpack Carrier APIs: Dive into the APIs of carriers and aggregators—pinpoint requirements, address complexities, and chart integration workflows.
Design Integration Solutions: Map carrier specs to our platform architecture and create clear technical blueprints for the engineering team.
Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Collaborate with product, engineering, andcarrier reps to ensure integrations are on-time, reliable, and high-performing.
Document & Communicate: Produce concise specs, data flow diagrams, andbest practices that streamline development and future updates.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and champion new ideas that keep our platform at the cutting edge of shipping tech.
