About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, Talented individual to contribute on end-to-end presales activities including but not limited to Proposal management, Costing, Estimation, agreements and bid preparation Etc in the Domain Area-Building Management System.

• Responsible for End-to-end management of customer life cycle from lead generation to agreement sign-off with customer, while liaising and working with the end customers, internal stakeholders and channel partners as required

  
  

• Prepare presentations at various stages of customer lifecycle, including introductory pitch, solution demo, proposal presentation

  
  

• Preparing and managing costing sheets, business case documents and eCAR requests

  
  

• Managing all documentation in sales cycle including Non-Disclosure agreements, Master service agreements, intercompany agreements, scope of work documents etc.

  
  

• Creating meeting cadence to work with Solutions, Analytics, Finance, Legal and Project Management Teams on requirements.

  
  

• Proposal Management

  
  

• Agreement drafting

  
  

• Costing workout

  
  

• Business case preparation

  
  

• 9 to 14 years of experience into Technical Pre-sales in BMS or IBMS Domain.

  
  

• Engineering with IBMS experience

  
  

• Excellent with power-point & excel sheet

  
  

• Good communication (Oral & written) & interpersonal skills

  
  

• Technical understanding of IOT Solution

  
  

• Fair understanding of financials

  
  

• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and domain knowledge

  
  

• Understanding and responding quickly to customer issues

  
  

• Sensitivity to cultural diversity in global business interactions

  
  

• Teamwork skills

  
  

Education: Any Engineering degree preferable Electrics,Electrical,Mechanical .
