Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using MS Technology.
2. Define and drive the technical direction and strategy for IT development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
4. Provide technical guidance and mentor ship to team members, and ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
5. Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
6. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in MS Technology, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and plan development efforts, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
8. Manage and track project timelines, budgets, and resources, and provide regular updates to leadership.
Bachelor's in Computer Science or any other Discipline
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
• Familiarity with common stacks and also agile methodologies
• Knowledge of ASP, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, MVC, Bootstrap,C#, Azure,Ajax, JavaScript, JQuery, Typescript, Web API, MS SQL & Entity framework, JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
• Analytical skills, Excellent communication and a good team player
• Degree in Computer Science with over all 10 years of experience
