Must-Have Requirements
Proficient in providing proposal stage Engineering support,develop and issue parameters, data sheets and varied construction documents in alignment with various engineering disciplines.
Proficient to provide technical support to activities involved in the specification, procurement, fabrication, installation and operation of specified project related equipment and designs.
Expert in conducting complex engineering tasks along with key engineering work properly and efficiently.
Review and Sign off dynamic,transportation & lifting analysis on structures & perform detailed Sea transportation (Considering barge motion) for the structural skids)
Proficient to review Client & Vendor drawings, geometry of structures, Model Management, Revision Controls, Technical Queries(TQ) / Request for Information(RFI) Preparation.
Expert to review General arrangement plan & sectional views of structures,Secondary steel & connections detailing, grating cutout plans, erection marking plans from 3D Model against 3D Model, Client Specifications for correctness and safe lifting.
Review and sign off Foundation load drawings against 3D Model, foundation calculations for correctness and accurate dimensioning.
Should have hands-on experience in erectability review from models like member insertion, Bolt access and exposure in fabrication feasibility like Weld access & Paint access is desirable.
Knowledge on ASTM,AWS,ASCE,ACI, EN & DIN, IS as well other client specific international Codes & Standards is essential.

Expert in guiding a group of Structural Engineers to be proficient in material selection, client specifications technical support to activities involved in the specification, procurement, fabrication, installation and operation of specified project related equipment and designs.

Expert knowledge of, and takes leadership development of, departmental standards, procedures, and specifications for providing mentorship and coaching to the broader design team.
Coordinating complicated work with professional engineer in various regions, cross functional disciplines like Project Engineering/Mechanical Design/Piping/E&I Engineering
Considered to be the "go to" Subject Matter Expertise in the areas of Structural engineering.
Expert in guiding a group of Structural Engineers to be proficient in material selection, client specifications.
Guide group of Structural Engineers to provide technical support to activities involved in the specification, procurement, fabrication, installation and operation of specified project related equipment and designs.
Perform as advisory facility to senior management staff on engineering pertinent matters
Engineering Degree –Civil /Structural Experience in Civil Engineering
8-12 years’ Experience of civil /Structural design in Water, Power, Oil & Gas or related Industry.
