Job Description

Key Responsibilities


We are looking for a technically strong mechanical engineer experienced in semi conductor equipment to lead a team in Bangalore.  The primary responsibility of this individual is to lead a team of engineers in the technical execution of complex engineering projects involving, Plasmas, Thermal, Chemical, Laser, RF energies and enable robust designs. 


Key Responsibilities:


Lead the technical execution of high-priority and complex engineering projects, ensuring design fidelity.


Identify, analyze, and resolve recurring design and assembly issues that impact project timelines and quality.


Address fundamental technical challenges related to engineering design, material selection, compatibility, and system integration.


Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers, helping to build the team’s technical capabilities

  • Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
