Job Summary
Tech Lead – Data and Reporting
This is a critical role in the Targray Technology and transformation team, owning solutions that drives significant automation in sourcing and providing market, exchange data, reducing the risk of data visibility and availability to make informed decision making, and providing the strategic data reporting capabilities required for Digital transformation.
Responsibilities 
  • To create new and strategic solutions and architectures pertaining to data sourcing, market, and exchange interactions – execution brokers, clearing brokers, price providers and drive creating strategic market and pricing data solutions.
  • To create strategic data solutions on reporting, data warehousing, and data integration is pivotal for providing timely, accurate data to various business teams to make proactive and informed decisions.
  • Be the main Technical SME in market and exchange connectivity data sourcing, price harmonization, reporting platform development
  • Deliver strategic reporting requirements using MS Power BI and Data warehouse technologies.
  • Train and mentor other IT teams on architectures, solutions and tools, design patterns pertaining to data integration, transformation, ETL, data denormalization
  • Build the data integration and reporting platform capability in Targray by bringing in expertise in SQL development, data warehousing, ETL and data integration/transformation and reporting platforms

Requirements
  • 10 years hand on experience in Software development, design and implementation
  • Has played a lead role before managing teams or driving technical solution creation as a Technical Lead.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in developing complex solutions using technologies like SQL, Power BI, SSIS, Database engineering, ESB and SOA solutions
  • Strong experience in data transformation, ETL design patterns and handling large volume of data w.r.t sourcing, transformation, storage and reporting
  • Ability to learn new technologies with minimal mentoring and also a strong self-learner
  • Be proactive + take initiatives to take ownership and drive problem solution and delivery.
  • Extensive expertise in software and data solution design.
  • Appetite to do R&D, try out various designs, solution and ability to select and identify appropriate technical solutions
  • Hands on experience in Software delivery life cycle including deployment, platform monitoring and issue resolution
