Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

                • Lead and mentor a team of OpenText xPression and Quadient Inspire engineers

                • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Quadient

                • Customize and configure Quadient design/Interactive tools to align with business requirements

                • Monitor and maintain OpenText xPression and Quadient environments for optimal performance

                • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the OpenText xPression, GMC Quadient suite and integration solutions

                • Partnering with Enterprise Architecture and Engineering, design, develop and implement integration solutions using .Net technologies

                • Develop and maintain APIs, Services and integration components

                • Guide the team in using Agile/Scrum practices and principles to deliver high-quality products

                • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

                • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to integration tools.

                • Provide training and support to end-users and team members.

Qualifications:

                • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

                • 7+ years of experience with use of OpenText xPression and/or Quadient Inspire software.

                • Strong understanding of customer communications management, content management and document generation principles.

                • Proven experience in leading and managing a team.

                • Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices

                • Expert proficiency in .Net and SQL Server technologies.

                • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

                • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
