Job title: Executive-Technical Services.


Reporting to: Asst.Manager-Technical Services.


As an Executive-Technical Services, you will play a vital role in supporting outstanding Occupant Experience in the Campus through your technical expertise and hands-on engineering skills.


This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


As an Executive-Technical Services, you will report to and support the managerial team in delivering consistent technical solutions across the campus. Your hands-on expertise will be crucial in maintaining the day-to-day operations of critical building systems and contributing to the overall occupant satisfaction.


Key stakeholders: Operations Manager, Asst Manager-Technical Services SAP GRF Leads, JLL support functions like Finance, Procurement, HR, etc.


What your day-to-day will look like: 


Job Title: Facility Executive -Technical


Location: Devanahalli, Karnataka, India


Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Facility Executive to join our team at the Devanahalli site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both high-side and low-side equipment and be willing to work in a rotational shift environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Technical Operations:


  • Assist in the day-to-day operation and maintenance of both high-side equipment (e.g., chillers, cooling towers, air handling units) and low-side equipment (e.g., pumps, fans, VAV boxes, FCUs)
  • Execute preventive maintenance schedules for assigned equipment
  • Conduct regular inspections and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Respond to and resolve equipment malfunctions and breakdowns promptly

Client Service:


  • Address occupant requests and concerns related to facility operations
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and stakeholders
  • Assist in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through efficient service delivery

Health and Safety:


  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and procedures
  • Identify and report potential safety hazards in the facility
  • Participate in safety training programs and implement learned practices

Energy Management:


  • Assist in monitoring energy consumption of various building systems
  • Implement energy-saving measures as directed by senior management
  • Report any unusual energy consumption patterns or equipment inefficiencies

Record Keeping:


  • Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and energy consumption
  • Assist in preparing reports on equipment status, maintenance activities, and service requests

Team Collaboration:


  • Work effectively as part of a team in a rotational shift environment
  • Ensure smooth handover of responsibilities between shifts
  • Communicate clearly with team members about ongoing tasks and issues

Vendor Coordination:


  • Assist in coordinating with vendors for scheduled maintenance and repairs
  • Monitor vendor work to ensure compliance with site standards and procedures

Emergency Response:


  • Respond to emergency situations as per established protocols
  • Assist in implementing business continuity plans during critical incidents

Qualifications:


  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 2-4 years of experience in facilities management or building operations
  • Hands-on experience with both high-side and low-side equipment maintenance and operations
  • Basic knowledge of building automation systems
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in facility management
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills in English and local language
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
