Job title: Technical Engineer- Access Management
Our team in the Digital group, Omnichannel Marketing, provides marketing solutions globally to all digital GBU’s. We are part of Digital Commerce, which is focused on enabling commercial solutions across all Sanofi. Our mission is to enable marketing solutions that enable Sanofi to effectively reach their intended audiences with the right message, at the right time in the right channel that those audiences value to increase awareness and engagement. Our team has the unique goal of enabling all of Sanofi to leverage technology to achieve their goals through marketing automation.
Main responsibilities:
Responsible for design and development of Sanofi CIAM integrations with downstream systems
Responsible for processing the data from REST APIs with Python scripts for bulk data load
Responsible for designing and developing data cleansing strategies with data quality rules and fine-tuning data governance guidelines from business
Responsible for high priority production support items that require immediate intervention
Responsible for co-ordination with other Sanofi teams for deployments and rollouts
Responsible for collaboration with various stakeholders to gather requirements, performing root cause analysis and generating reports to improve data quality
Responsible for timely troubleshooting of ICRT jobs in case of major failures
Contributes actively to operational excellence: Facilitating risk management and conducting/contributing to Problem root causes analysis
Contributes to implementation of sustainable action plans
Ensures end to end delivery in his/her area of expertise
Acts as Authority for his/her domain of technical expertise
Coordinates team members to manage production support issues as quickly as possible
The Technical Engineer Access Management and Consent has an extensive experience in Customer Profile Management tools. The candidate will work in agile and in a multicultural and multi-country team.
Skills and experience should include:
Technical skills: A good understanding of
Architectural principles
Interfacing technologies
Akamai Identity Cloud
Informatica Cloud Services - Build and Support APIs
Veeva Data Model and APIs
Sales Force Marketing Cloud data models
Intermediate technologies supporting the data flow between Customer Profile Management (Akamai) and CRM (Veeva)
Experience in Python and AWS
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles {Mandatory}
Soft skills: Collaboration to achieve goals, curiosity to understand how things work, drive to make things better and meet the goals established.
Highly organized as well as have good inter-personal and communication skills.
Interaction with Akamai Identity Cloud or other CIAM solution Architecture Team for solutioning
interaction with Markets team as POC of the solution
Must thrive in a formal environment with a huge ongoing digital disruption
Ability to work in a global organization – fluent English (Mandatory)
