To be successful as a Technical Delivery Manager you should have experience with:
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships.
Previous experience working in a delivery and/or implementations with many teams delivering requirements across multiple areas.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships.
An ability to understand and translate complex or technical scenarios in a simplified way that business stakeholders can understand.
Excellent organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
An ability to work in ambiguous situations requiring a drive to seek out solutions.
Experiencing of delivering change in a complex organisation
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Knowledge of software development processes, SDLC.
AWS solution and Implementation knowledge.
Ability to collaborate across teams to deliver complex systems and components and manage stakeholder’s expectations well.
Familiarity with Scrum techniques and Agile methodology
Experience using Jira and confluence
Planning, estimating, organizing, and working on multiple projects.
