Job Description
The role of the Technology Consultant is responsible for the planning, installing and for the configuration of software solutions and systems. It is capable to support employees with specific applications and provides expert advisory. Analyze, Design and Configure various RPAS solutions to meet business requirements in a standard way. Ability to understand complex business processes and derive appropriate solutions in a productive way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing Support and Implementing business processes in Oracle RPAS SAAS solution
- Working with an experienced product and architecture team to build world class IT solutions supporting the merchandising processes of the Project.
- Being subject matter expert for certain functions/processes/tools
- Delivering and ensuring functionality of the developed solutions
- Collaboration across multiple internal organizations and interactions with partners and customers around the globe
Business analysis
- Investigates operational needs and problems, and opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes and organization.
- Assists in defining acceptance tests for these recommendations.
