Opportunity


The Learning Technology Consultant is part of the Customer Onboarding team for Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) and is a key member who works on onboarding projects and is the technology advisor to our customers. He/She would be instrumental in understanding customer requirements, and working with internal Adobe teams to effectively onboard the customer by developing and delivering detailed technology solutions through consulting project activities. Technical responsibilities include problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment. Project management activities include interaction with company and client managers and schedule monitoring. Performance is typically measured by the capture of the consulting engagement and/or delivery of agreed solutions within budgeted hours.

Determine Customer Requirements


The Technology Consultant is responsible for translating business requirements into functional requirements for Adobe Learning Manager that can be used to define digital solutions within the framework of SaaS systems. Demonstrated experience conducting discovery workshops to identify techno-functional requirements for SAAS systems,


Customer Engagement


The Technology Consultant should have a proven track record of managing customers and end-to-end implementation of SAAS solutions. The ability to "translate" business requirements to implementation paths is critical. He/She will have to work quickly to establish trust and be the technology advisor on the engagement. Program Management


This role requires the ability to work on multiple projects at various stages of onboarding simultaneously. He/She must be able to manage their own schedules to ensure success of the Projects. Effectively communicate the project status, issues, risks in a timely manner to various stakeholders.


Learning Technology and Learning Domain Expertise


The incumbent must be familiar with the technologies that drive learning solutions, at an expert level. Experience in implementing/ supporting SAAS-based solutions preferably LMS/CMS. Demonstrated experience in system integrations using APIs and practical application of Internet protocols: HTTP, SMTP, DNS, LDAP, and FTP is critical.


Stakeholder Management


The Consultant is responsible for managing internal stakeholders - working with Engineering, Product Management, Support, and Customer Success teams, and bringing in their expertise as required. They will need to demonstrate a level of competence in having "convincing conversations" with senior leadership both internally within Adobe, Partners,
