Job Description:Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical (or) Chemical Engineering
Experience (in years): Minimum 3-5 years
Roles & Responsibilities: (Tasks)
- Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of MGF, Softener, UF, RO Plant, UV, EDI, PW Distribution skid ozonation systems.
- Should hand on experience in trouble shooting day to day issues in Water system of pharmaceutical use
- Responsible for intimating any incidents during the breakdowns to the supervisor
- Ensure that all the Preventive maintenance of equipment’s in Engineering department were performed within the due period as per the schedule
- Ensure to Issue, control, and retrieval of documents (Logbooks) related to Engineering Department
- Ensure Spares, Inventory and Dosing Chemicals to be maintained as per the requirement
- Ensure periodic Sanitization process of Water system and Filter Integrity test
- Should have knowledge on SCADA based water plant system, Conductivity, TOC, ORP and PH Sensor Functionality and testing and Shift activity Maintenance
- Preparation And Handling of Dosing chemicals
