About the team

This role is a part of our OPF TA Team.  FIS Open Payment Framework (OPF) is a set of reusable and extensible components, frameworks, and technical services which can be assembled in different configu=rations to build a personalized Payment Processing System. From the Open Payment Framework, FIS has created predefined solutions around the bank payment hub, including Domestic & International payments (XCT) , SEPA Direct Debits & Credit Transfers (SEPA) , SCT INST ,UK Faster Payments ,Immediate Payments ,eBanking (EBK) ,Business Payments (BP), NPP, BACS ,US ACH.

What you bring:

• Define, maintain and extend functional product architecture for FIS’ suite of Financial Services Applications.
• Application Architect – guide application development team through development process.
• Ensure development is done right the first time and has an understanding of how products relate with other products and ensures interdependencies are in focus.
• Define and maintain architecture principles and standards for FIS application development based on FIS business requirements.

What you will be doing:

• Creating and planning layouts for data communication 
• Leading a team to accomplish a project goal 
• Designing and implementing security and business technologies 
• Ensuring smooth process of IT solutions and keeping the management informed about it 
• Updating the plans and procedures as per new technological inventions
